Born in Barcelona, Tazzuff forming aimed to build a fully instrumental own repertoire and based on the traditional language. Composed of six musicians from different stylistic areas, built a repertoire based on different genres of folk style, which is entirely selfcomposed and approaches roots music to other genres such as jazz, flamenco and rumba giving the result an innovative and experimental.

Thanks to they won the Award “Sons de la Mediterrànea” they released their first album “Camaleons Daltonics”, which explored European dance genres. The second group’s work was born of planning to revive the traditional dance of the area known as Catalan Countries. The name of this work was “Mandràgora”. This work was a great creative opportunity for the group, becoming a great team effort. Whole group together was recorded at Musiclan recording studies, without too many tweaks and technical adjustments. Fidel reflection of what the group was, as in January 2014 it was separated.
